Getting started
What do I need to send to get a quote?
Vector art, a PDF, a photo of the storefront or a rough sketch. Whatever you have is enough to start. We reply with a price. Get a quote
How quickly will I hear back?
Our typical reply is the same business day. If you would rather talk, call 226 504 0481 or message us on WhatsApp. Someone is in the shop Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Will I see a drawing before anything is built?
Yes, all designs include draft approval prior to production, with the ability to review size, materials, lighting elements, design, and installation methods prior to production.
Can I visit the showroom?
Yes. Our showroom at 119 Exeter Rd, Unit E and F in London holds samples of every product we build, so you can see the metal, the faces and the finish before you order. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM. About Sign Expert

Permits and funding
Do you handle sign permits?
Yes. We draw, submit and track sign permits for you. Where a pylon needs foundation and engineering drawings, we prepare those too, and we handle landlord approvals for mall and plaza units.
Is funding available for a new sign?
Old East Village business and property owners can apply for a sign grant. We help you check whether your address qualifies and put the application together. Permits and funding
When should I apply for the sign grant?
Grant programs like this usually need approval before the work starts, so check before you order. Start by checking whether your address falls inside the Old East Village boundary.
Production and installation
Do you make the signs yourselves?
Yes. Cutting, welding, bending and printing happen on our own floor, and our own crew installs with our bucket truck. Drawing, permit, manufacture, installation and service all come under one roof and one invoice. Why Sign Expert
Are your signs CSA certified?
Our power supplies are certified and every sign carries the CSA sticker. Signs built with uncertified imported supplies fail city inspection and are a fire risk.
Is there a warranty?
Channel letters carry a 5-year warranty covering the letters and the LED modules. Channel letters
How long do channel letters take?
Three to four weeks from the approved drawing, including the permit.

Do you build signs for other sign companies?
Yes. Sign companies across Southwestern Ontario order from our floor and install locally under their own name. Everything ships CSA-certified, with certified power supplies on every illuminated build. For sign companies
Will you approach my customer, and how do I get trade pricing?
No. Your branding stays yours and we do not approach your customer. Trade pricing comes with repeat-order terms, and we ship across Southwestern Ontario or you can pick up in London. Request trade pricing
